Bio: Dr. Marwa El-amri is a Libyan-American professional fluent in Arabic, French, and English. They earned a bachelor's degree in Biology and Biochemistry from the University of Kentucky before obtaining a medical degree from St. George's, University of London. After practicing as a doctor in the United Kingdom, they transitioned into the oil and gas sector in 2024, taking on leadership roles as a General Manager in Libya. Having worked with industry leaders such as INTERTEK COMPANY, he has built a reputation for precision, reliability, and technical excellence in cargo measurement, tank calibration, and quality assurance. His expertise in international maritime regulations, operational coordination, and advanced inspection techniques has helped minimize discrepancies and optimize efficiency in global shipping and petroleum operations.
